(these are rough estimites of values updated regularly)

Normal Rares

T stands for the same value as 1 Throne, CS stands for the same value as 1 Club Sofa, RD stands for the same value as 1 Rubber Duck (or 1 credit worth of normal furni)

Super Rares:

It is hard for us to get an exact idea of the value of the super rares, because they are being traded so rarely compared to the normal rares. Their value changes all the time though, so it's very well possible that some of the values given here are not too accurate. We apologize for this, and hope people will help us updating any values that are no longer correct.

Seasonal Rares:

Seasonal rare are not really rares, since they can be bought from the catalogue during a few weeks of the year. When they are not in the catalogue, some of them get a value of up to 6 times their cataloge value.
